Delivery Policy
We strive to offer our customers products that have the longest possible expiry dates. However, we consider any item with an expiry date of 6 months or less as “short dated stock”. If you require items with a longer expiry date, please contact our customer service team via email or phone before placing your order, so we can confirm the current expiry dates of the stock we have available for dispatch.
For orders within the UK, if you place your order before 3pm, we will dispatch it on the same day, and you can expect to receive it on the next working day (subject to stock availability). Please note that there are some areas that are excluded from this next working day delivery option — we have a list of these areas available for your reference.
If you place your UK order after 3pm, we will dispatch it on the following working day.
Please note that our dispatching days are Monday to Friday, as we are closed over the weekend (including UK, EU & International).
Shipping Costs
For UK shipments, we offer two options:
– DPD delivery at a cost of £9.95
– UPS/DHL/Fedex delivery at a cost of £9.99
Both options guarantee delivery between 7am to 7pm.
For EU shipments, we offer UPS/DHL/Fedex delivery at a cost of €30.00, which takes 2-4 working days. Please note that this does not include any delays from customs.
For international shipments, we offer UPS/DHL/Fedex delivery at a cost of €60.00, which takes 2-10 working days. Please note that this does not include any delays from customs.
CALL & COLLECT. UK customers can use our Call & Collect service by appointment only. Email info@pharmhyltd.co.uk to request this service. Please bring a valid photo ID and ORDER ID number when collecting. Unauthorized pickups will be refused. Only the account holder can collect the order. A £1.50 fee applies.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility as the customer to check the import regulations of your country before placing your order. Additionally, any import charges determined by your country are your sole liability. For further information on this matter, please consult with your local authorities. Due to Brexit, some EU deliveries may experience significant delays that are beyond our control.
In the event that a package goes missing or is delivered outside of the expected time slot, you will be held accountable for any amendments made to the delivery. These amendments may include changes to the delivery address, location, or time slot, among other things.
Please note that for cold chain deliveries, you will be responsible for any failed deliveries where the driver has attempted to deliver to the address within the delivery service timeframe. Please be advised that we do not accept returns on any cold chain items unless they are faulty upon delivery.

When collecting your goods from a UPS Access Collection Point, please bring a valid form of identification with you.
Next-day delivery locations
Please be aware that our next-day service excludes Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Isles, Northern Ireland, and some remote areas of England.
